Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s daily operations, acting as the Manager on Duty to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
• Supervise the Front Office team, providing guidance and support to maintain service excellence.
• Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and operational issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and colleagues throughout the property.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and emergency procedures.
• A calm and confident demeanor, especially under pressure.
