Position: Fairmont Gold Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations of the exclusive Fairmont Gold floor, our “hotel within a hotel” experience.
  • Lead the Fairmont Gold team to provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to discerning guests.
  • Oversee the Fairmont Gold Lounge, including F&B offerings, check-in/out, and concierge services.
  • Ensure the highest standards of luxury, privacy, and comfort are maintained for all Fairmont Gold guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Fairmont Gold members and VIPs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Club Lounge, Executive Floor, or in a similar luxury service leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team in delivering an exclusive, high-touch guest experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to perfection.
  • Strong organizational and operational management abilities.
