Position: Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the guest relations team to create personalized and memorable stays for all guests.
  • Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, and loyalty program member recognition.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the highest standards of Fairmont service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations Manager or similar guest-facing leadership role in a luxury hotel.
  • A genuine passion for guest service and creating special moments.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
