Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Create staff schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Address guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• A warm smile, a passion for service, and a desire to make history through hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and products.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
