Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
- Assign duties to Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area Attendants and inspect their work for quality.
- Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with the Front Office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Keen attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
