Position: Housekeeping Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and in excellent condition for guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
- Physically fit and able to work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Hotel school background (SMK/Diploma) is an advantage.
