Position: Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and in excellent condition for guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Hotel school background (SMK/Diploma) is an advantage.
