Position: Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Engineering department, including maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Manage the department’s budget, energy consumption, and procurement of supplies.
• Oversee all renovation and capital expenditure projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
