Position: Technician (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Perform general civil maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel property, including minor carpentry, painting, and tiling.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address civil defects promptly.
• Assist in minor renovation and construction projects, maintaining good organization skills.
• Work closely with the Engineering team, acting as a team player with good personality to complete maintenance requests.
• Ensure all civil maintenance work is completed safely and adheres to hotel standards.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years experience in the same position in hotel or commercial civil maintenance in Jakarta.
• Good communication and organization skills for planning and executing repairs.
• Must be a team player with good personality, collaborating effectively with the Engineering department.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, masonry, painting, and general civil repair skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common building and structural issues efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as required.
• Strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
