Position: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Engineering department operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all systems are functioning smoothly.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond immediately to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing disruption to guests and operations.
- Supervise and assign tasks to technicians, ensuring the timely completion of work orders and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and inventory of spare parts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the same or similar supervisory position in a hotel Engineering department in Bali.
- Technical certification or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC systems is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across diverse hotel infrastructure.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing maintenance schedules and inventory efficiently.
- Ability to lead and supervise a small team during shifts, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies as required.
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
