Position: Technician (Combo with Yello Harmoni)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the property (Vertu and Yello Harmoni), including electrical, plumbing, and minor mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure all equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and operations.
- Work closely with the Engineering team, utilizing a business and service-oriented approach to complete work orders.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed with well communication and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above, in a multi-property setting is a plus.
- Well communication in English, both spoken and written, is required for coordination across two properties.
- Have a business & excellent service oriented approach to maintenance and internal customer support.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, basic plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common hotel facility maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks across different locations.
- Relevant technical certification is preferred.
