Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel property, including electrical, plumbing, and minor mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure all equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and operations.
• Work closely with the Engineering team, acting as a team player with good personality to respond to work orders.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed with good organization skills and adheres to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years experience in the same position in hotel or commercial maintenance in Tangerang.
• Good communication and organization skills for managing tasks and reporting issues.
• Must be a team player with good personality, collaborating effectively with the Engineering department.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, basic plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common hotel facility maintenance issues efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as required.
• Strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship near Bandara.
