Position: Assistant Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in the overall management of the Engineering department and all maintenance operations.
- Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and technical support across all areas of the hotel, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Manage and execute work effectively, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all technical standards.
- Develop maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, and assist in budget forecasting.
- Delegate tasks and lead the engineering team, ensuring motivation, development, and timely accomplishment of goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or a senior supervisory role in hotel engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and delegation skills for leading the maintenance team.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
- Ability to manage and execute work effectively under strict time constraints.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality in all maintenance activities.
- Technical certification or vocational training in an engineering field is required.
