Position: Assistant Manager Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing the hotel’s marketing and communication strategies.
• Manage the hotel’s social media channels, website content, and online presence.
• Create engaging content for press releases, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and the local community.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, particularly in creative writing.
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
