Position: Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Engineering department, ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure operational efficiency and guest safety.
• Manage the department’s budget, control energy consumption, and oversee the procurement of parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Oversee and coordinate any renovation or capital expenditure projects within the property.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in cost control, inventory management, and operational planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
