Position: Wedding Planner/Organizer Adm.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their wedding or event requirements and budget.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from venue setup to catering and entertainment.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for clients.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal hotel departments to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide administrative support for the sales and events team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning, wedding organizing, or a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Creative and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and office software.
  • A passion for creating memorable events.
  • Fluent in English.
