Position: F&B Sales

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including catering and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
• Create and implement promotional strategies to increase F&B revenue.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for banquet and event bookings.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager and culinary team to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in F&B sales or banquet sales within the hotel industry.
• Strong network of contacts in the Cikarang and surrounding areas.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Creative and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
• Fluent in English.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
