Position: F&B Sales
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including catering and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
- Create and implement promotional strategies to increase F&B revenue.
- Prepare proposals and contracts for banquet and event bookings.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager and culinary team to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B sales or banquet sales within the hotel industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the Cikarang and surrounding areas.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Creative and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Fluent in English.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
