Position: Cluster Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales for the cluster properties from the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, MICE, and travel agency accounts in Jakarta.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned market segments.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Represent the cluster hotels at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events in Jakarta.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a cluster or JSO role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the Jakarta market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, self motivated, and target driven.
- Based in Jakarta.
