Position: Cluster Sales Manager – JSO

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales for the cluster properties from the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, MICE, and travel agency accounts in Jakarta.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned market segments.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Represent the cluster hotels at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events in Jakarta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a cluster or JSO role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the Jakarta market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, self motivated, and target driven.
• Based in Jakarta.
