Position: FB Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support the F&B Sales team by coordinating events, managing inquiries, and preparing proposals.
• Liaise between clients and the culinary/banquet teams to ensure event success.
• Maintain accurate records of all F&B sales activities and client communications.
• Assist in developing promotional materials for the resort’s dining outlets and event spaces.
• Handle administrative tasks for the F&B sales department.

Qualifications:

• Good attitude and pleasant personality.
• Strong English communication skills (other languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Fast learner and able to operate related systems.
• Able to join immediately.
• Experience in coordinating events in an Ubud luxury setting is preferred.
