Position: FB Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Support the F&B Sales team by coordinating events, managing inquiries, and preparing proposals.
- Liaise between clients and the culinary/banquet teams to ensure event success.
- Maintain accurate records of all F&B sales activities and client communications.
- Assist in developing promotional materials for the resort’s dining outlets and event spaces.
- Handle administrative tasks for the F&B sales department.
Qualifications:
- Good attitude and pleasant personality.
- Strong English communication skills (other languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Fast learner and able to operate related systems.
- Able to join immediately.
- Experience in coordinating events in an Ubud luxury setting is preferred.
