Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all front desk duties including check-in, check-out, and processing payments.
• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handle all guest inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar front office role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
• A professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in English.
