Position: Cost Control
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all operational costs, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage expenses.
- Conduct regular inventory spot checks and month-end stock takes for all outlets and stores.
- Analyze cost of sales, prepare daily F&B cost reports, and investigate variances.
- Assist in menu costing and pricing to ensure profitability.
- Ensure all purchasing and receiving procedures are followed correctly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Cost Control or hotel finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (e.g., Materials Control).
- Good understanding of hotel accounting and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and produce accurate, timely reports.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Indonesian citizen.
