Position: Cost Control

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all operational costs, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage expenses.
• Conduct regular inventory spot checks and month-end stock takes for all outlets and stores.
• Analyze cost of sales, prepare daily F&B cost reports, and investigate variances.
• Assist in menu costing and pricing to ensure profitability.
• Ensure all purchasing and receiving procedures are followed correctly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Cost Control or hotel finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (e.g., Materials Control).
• Good understanding of hotel accounting and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate, timely reports.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Indonesian citizen.
