Position: Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel’s marketing communication and public relations strategy.
• Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, press releases, and digital content to promote the hotel.
• Coordinate with media outlets and influencers to secure positive brand coverage.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all communication campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong creative writing, copywriting, and content creation skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about brand storytelling.
