Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function.
  • Work with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market.
  • Achieve personal booking goals and recommend booking goals for direct reports.
  • Participate in sales calls with team members to acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Analyze market information using sales systems to implement strategies and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in sales and marketing.
  • OR; 4-year bachelor’s degree in a related major; 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
  • Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build value-based customer relationships.
  • Displays leadership in guest hospitality and exemplifies customer service.
  • Ability to analyze sales and financial data to inform strategy.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
