Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Director of Sales & Marketing role within a 5 star hotel
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In depth knowledge of the Jakarta market and corporate client base
