Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Director of Sales & Marketing role within a 5 star hotel
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• In depth knowledge of the Jakarta market and corporate client base
