Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and travel agent accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
• Prepare sales reports, contracts, and proposals for potential clients.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisor level in hotel sales.
• Experienced in the Hotel industry.
• Familiar with the VHP System Program.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
• No smoking is an advantage.
