Neano Cliff Resort is a luxurious new cliffside resort where modern design meets breathtaking ocean views in Candidasa, East Bali. Featuring private villas, a beach club, and world class restaurants and bars, we are preparing to launch this stunning destination. Position: Engineering Staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on hotel facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Assist in maintaining the resort’s pools and water systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• A genuine passion for teamwork and problem solving.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Technical skills in at least one trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• A proactive and hands on approach to maintenance.
• Able to join the pre opening team.
