Position: Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering department and oversee the maintenance of all resort facilities and equipment.
• Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the department budget, energy conservation programs, and capital projects.
• Train and develop the engineering team to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Extensive experience in a senior engineering role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong leadership and English communication skills.
• Proficient in related building management systems and technology.
• In depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Fast learner and a proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
