Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering department and oversee the maintenance of all resort facilities and equipment.
- Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the department budget, energy conservation programs, and capital projects.
- Train and develop the engineering team to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Strong leadership and English communication skills.
- Proficient in related building management systems and technology.
- In depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Fast learner and a proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
