Position: Lady in Red (Brand Ambassador & Guest Relations Officer, Russian Speaker)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a guest relations or front office role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation that reflects the Kempinski brand standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for engaging guests
  • Strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest concerns with grace
  • Proactive and detail oriented approach to creating personalized guest experiences
  • This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
