Position: Guest Experience Expert

Qualifications:

• Experience in a guest relations or guest service role in a luxury hospitality setting
• A proactive approach to anticipating and meeting guest needs
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for creating memorable moments and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Strong problem solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to personalize guest stays and coordinate special requests
• Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus
