Position: Japanese Lady in Red (Brand Ambassador & Guest Relations Officer)

Qualifications:

  • Native or near native fluency in Japanese is required, along with proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in a guest facing role in the luxury hospitality sector is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an innate ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
  • Must possess an elegant and professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand ambassador
  • Strong cultural awareness to cater to the specific needs of Japanese guests
  • Ability to work gracefully under pressure and resolve challenging situations
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
