Position: Front Office Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Office Agent in a luxury hotel environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a warm and welcoming personality
• Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera
• Ability to handle check in, check out, and guest inquiries smoothly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy lobby
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and service excellence
