Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the front desk, concierge, and guest service teams
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and guest handling skills
• Proven ability to train and motivate team members
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
