Position: Guest Experience Officer Boat

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a guest facing role in tourism, preferably in marine or adventure travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about the Komodo National Park and able to act as a guide
  • Strong focus on guest safety and satisfaction during boat trips
  • Ability to provide high standards of service in a unique environment
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • First aid and CPR certification is an advantage
