Position: Assistant Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high end bar or beverage operation
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and coffee
• Experience in beverage menu development, costing, and inventory management
• Strong leadership and training skills for bartenders and bar staff
• Creative and passionate about mixology and beverage trends
• Excellent guest service and sales skills
• WSET or other beverage certifications are a plus
