Position: Sales Manager (Boat)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on leisure, marine tourism, or luxury charter services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets for unique products or experiences
• Strong network of contacts with travel agents, DMCs, and direct clients
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Passionate about marine life and the Komodo region
• Creative approach to packaging and selling boat charters and tours
• Fluent in English
