Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office or guest service role.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
• Excellent guest experience skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
