Position: Cook Traditional

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indonesian dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of all traditional food items.
• Manage the assigned cooking station, ensuring it is well stocked, clean, and organized.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist senior chefs with menu preparation and special event catering.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook with a focus on traditional Indonesian cuisine.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred.
• Deep knowledge and passion for the diverse flavors of the Indonesian archipelago.
• Excellent guest experience skills, reflected in the authenticity and quality of food.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to work as part of a motivated and collaborative team.
