Position: CDP Western
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen station dedicated to Western cuisine, ensuring all dishes are prepared to standard.
- Prepare and cook high quality Western dishes with a focus on consistency and presentation.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and recipe testing.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff within the section.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to all hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie with a specialization in Western cuisine.
- Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills, ensuring high quality food production.
- Great decision making and problem solving abilities in a kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to guide a team.
- A passion for Western culinary arts and creativity.
