Position: CDP Western

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific kitchen station dedicated to Western cuisine, ensuring all dishes are prepared to standard.
• Prepare and cook high quality Western dishes with a focus on consistency and presentation.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and recipe testing.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff within the section.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to all hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie with a specialization in Western cuisine.
• Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills, ensuring high quality food production.
• Great decision making and problem solving abilities in a kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to guide a team.
• A passion for Western culinary arts and creativity.
