Position: Asst. Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing all daily spa operations and services.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the spa therapist team to ensure high service standards.
• Manage spa bookings, schedules, and guest inquiries effectively.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory control, product ordering, and maintaining spa ambiance.

Qualifications:

• Good English both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and confidence.
• At least 2 year experience in the same position.
• Well groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work in team and individually.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of spa treatments and operations.
