Position: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare sales contracts, reports, proposals, and other correspondence.
• Manage and maintain the sales filing system and client database (CRM).
• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Assist in coordinating event details and preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Help prepare materials for sales presentations and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel sales environment.
• Detail oriented and good administration skills.
• Able to handle sales correspondence and filing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Target oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
