Position: Wedding & Social Event Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit and manage all wedding and social event inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and consultations to showcase hotel venues and services.
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders (BEOs).
- Work closely with clients from initial inquiry through to the successful execution of the event.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding or social event sales in a 5 star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the social event segment.
- Strong network of contacts with wedding planners and event vendors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Passionate about creating memorable events for clients.
- Target driven and able to work under pressure.
