Position: Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the stewarding team, ensuring all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Manage the inventory and storage of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
• Oversee the operation of dishwashing machines and sanitation procedures.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and HACCP standards.
• Assist with managing breakage control and chemical supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a stewarding role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation, and chemical handling (HACCP).
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to manage a demanding workload.
• Experience in a 5 star hotel is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
