Position: Engineering Staff (Carpentry and Civil Work)

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks, including repairing furniture, doors, and fixtures.
• Conduct civil work, such as tiling, painting, and minor masonry repairs.
• Assist with the general preventive maintenance program for guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests related to civil and carpentry issues.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and with minimal disruption to guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry and civil maintenance, preferably in a hotel or large building.
• Strong technical skills in woodworking, painting, tiling, and general building repairs.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or drawings is a plus.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work effectively in a team.
• Vocational high school (SMK) in a relevant trade is preferred.
• Detail oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship.
