Position: Duty Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Supervise engineering shift operations and respond to all maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of all hotel plant rooms and equipment.
• Manage the preventive maintenance schedule during the shift.
• Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot technical failures.
• Maintain the engineering logbook and report any issues to the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
