Position: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Corporate Segment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Actively solicit new business and negotiate contracts for corporate clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client entertainment.
• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and bookers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the corporate segment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Have strong leadership skills for managerial level (for Senior Sales Manager).
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the corporate market.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
