Position: Social Media Specialist
Department: Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute always-on content and campaign calendars that support key revenue goals: direct bookings, long-stay offers, F&B, events, spa, and MICE.
  • Coordinate photo/video production, UGC, and influencer collaborations to showcase rooms, suites, experiences, and destination lifestyle.
  • Run and optimize paid social and performance campaigns with clear KPIs (traffic to brand.com, conversions, cost per booking).
  • Track analytics, produce monthly performance reports, and propose data-based improvements to targeting, creative, and offers.
  • Own the hotel’s online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, ensuring all content reflects positioning, brand standards, and rate integrity for either hotel or restaurant.

Qualifications:

  • No hotel experience required; background in digital agency or communication company preferred.
  • Solid experience managing social media for the service industry.
  • Strong visual and copywriting skills.
  • Proven record running paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting (GA4, Ads Managers).
  • Experience with influencers/UGC and content production.
