Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue for the dual-branded property.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales department budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
  • Positive attitude and exceptional professional communication skills.
  • Proven track record in strategic sales planning and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team spirit.
  • Deep understanding of the Yogyakarta and airport hospitality market.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • University degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management.
