Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue for the dual-branded property.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Manage relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales department budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Positive attitude and exceptional professional communication skills.
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities and team spirit.
- Deep understanding of the Yogyakarta and airport hospitality market.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- University degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management.
