Position: Director of Conference & Banquet Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue for the conference and banquet department.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to identify new business opportunities and manage high profile events.
  • Manage relationships with key corporate clients and event planners to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee event contracts, pricing strategies, and departmental financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all banquet functions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Director or Senior Sales Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong background in conference and banquet sales with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management systems and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering world class guest experiences.
  • University degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
