Position: Director of Conference & Banquet Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue for the conference and banquet department.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to identify new business opportunities and manage high profile events.
- Manage relationships with key corporate clients and event planners to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Oversee event contracts, pricing strategies, and departmental financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all banquet functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director or Senior Sales Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong background in conference and banquet sales with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales management systems and market analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering world class guest experiences.
- University degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
