Position: Sales Manager MICE

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit and secure MICE business to meet and exceed resort revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners and corporate clients
  • Conduct site inspections and present creative proposals tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of large scale gatherings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in MICE within a luxury resort
  • Strong networking skills and established portfolio of MICE accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict sales targets
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to business development
