Position: Sales Manager MICE
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and secure MICE business to meet and exceed resort revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners and corporate clients
- Conduct site inspections and present creative proposals tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of large scale gatherings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in MICE within a luxury resort
- Strong networking skills and established portfolio of MICE accounts
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict sales targets
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to business development
